This year, the Hoffmann Group is exhibiting at Automatica in Munich for the first time. From 21 to 24 June, the company will be demonstrating at the trade fair in Hall A5, Stand 411, how automated loading and unloading of machine tools can be achieved cost-effectively without a machine interface.
The centrepiece of the Hoffmann Group's trade fair presentation at Automatica will be the Garant Automation Basic Plus loading system, which allows the unmanned loading and unloading of machine tools without an automation interface or time-consuming programming at manageable costs. The system can destack and stack parts, place them next to the machine and even flip them over. It also reliably handles Garant Xtric vises. This results in a wide range of possibilities to make work more comfortable and to increase efficiency in production.
The Hoffmann Group will also be exhibiting the Garant vibratory grinding system GMT35 at Automatica 2022. Manufacturing companies can use it to carry out the deburring and polishing of small and medium-sized series with batch sizes of less than 500 pieces themselves at low cost. Electrically height-adjustable and mobile workbenches from the Garant Gridline equipment series and the Garant Tool 24 Pick One automatic tool dispenser round off the trade fair presentation.
